Formerly Chief Commercial Officer, Kerry has pioneered VoxGen's multichannel customer service proposition and led its drive to embrace cloud infrastructure as a service delivery platform. London, UK: 13.01.14: VoxGen, the leading provider of self-service automation solutions, today announced that Kerry Robinson has moved to the role of CEO.
Formerly VoxGen’s Chief Commercial Officer and a veteran of over 10 years with the VoxGen team, Kerry Robinson pioneered VoxGen’s multichannel customer service proposition and spearheaded its drive to embrace cloud infrastructure as a service delivery platform. He’s uniquely qualified to steer the company through the next phase of its development. “We start with voice, because when customers take the time to call, it’s your opportunity to delight them, and we increasingly embrace digital channels, in line with our clients’ demands for more integrated and personalised customer experiences,” he said. “My appointment as CEO represents the logical next steps in executing our plans and setting the future commercial trajectory of the business.”
Robinson’s career has been exclusively in the customer experience industry, and spanned a host of senior management roles across user-centred design, product development and multichannel systems architecture as well as business analysis, technical sales and marketing. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford and holds an MSc in Machine Perception & Neurocomputing from Keele University.
