Outbound IVR

IVR can be a great way to automate large-scale outbound campaigns, e.g. for marketing or debt collection. Our Outbound IVR module allows you to call all customers in a campaign file and play them a pre-recorded message. Customers who answer can choose to transfer to an agent or to IVR self-service, and the module can also detect answering machines and leave a message if appropriate. In-built reporting will let you know which messages were successfully delivered.
